All Sales Final:

  • All sales are final unless an error has occurred on our end.

Exception for Errors:

  • In the event that we make an error, such as shipping the wrong item or sending a defective product, we will gladly accept returns and make things right for you.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us with 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense, and upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process:

  2. Package Item: Please package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
